We love first timers!


New students come to Onefire every day, so you'll be in good company. 


As a first timer, it is normal to feel intimidated or nervous. Our classes are for all levels of fitness and you'll be in good hands. Your teacher will tell you exactly what to do, and you can watch the students around you. All you have to do is breathe!


We hope you'll come every day because you will feel and see results immediately and you'll feel amazing! Sign up for the discounted New Student Monthly Membership and commit to taking a minimum of three classes a week. This is the minimum we recommend in order to create change and our membership is the most economical way to take class at Onefire. Experience for yourself how amazing you feel when you make Bikram Yoga and Inferno Hot Pilates a regular part of your week. There are no contracts with our membership so you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. 



Some tips to survive your first class:


  • Drink plenty of water throughout the day so that you’re well hydrated for class.
  • Avoid eating 2 hours before class.
  • Arrive 15 minutes early to register and meet your teacher. There is no late admittance to any class.
  • Bring: a yoga mat, a large towel, some water, and a good attitude.
  • Wear: light, fitted exercise clothing. Avoid sweats, long pants and heavy t-shirts.



What you can expect for your first class:


  • All you have to do for your first class is breathe... Everything else is optional.
  • People are friendly at Onefire! Both our staff and our students go out of their way to make newbies feel welcome. We want everyone to feel as great as we do.
  • A lot of different people practice Bikram Yoga and Inferno Hot Pilates: men and women of all ages, body types, and backgrounds. If they can do it. You can do it!
  • You will feel challenged during class, and know that everyone does. Your teacher will encourage you to do your best while taking good care of yourself.
  • You will feel amazing when class is over!
